Card verification

To make payments with the help of bank cards, the client must upload in their Client area a color scan/color photo of the Bank card with which they plan to deposit to their account from both sides in high quality. For secure release of information, close the number on the front and back of the card, leaving only the first 6 digits and the last 4, and close the CVV number on the back).

If your card is innamed or virtual, you need to provide a screenshot from your bank personal account with the URL string, a bank statement, or an agreement with the Bank that this card belongs to you (the main thing is that the card number and full name of the cardholder are visible on the document). For a virtual card, you must have information in the document that the card is virtual.

Please note that the file size must not exceed 5 MB. Documents must be in jpeg, jpg, png, or gif format.

Transfers from third parties are prohibited. In case of transfer of funds from third parties, the company has the right to suspend the provision of services and apply measures provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
