  • 3. To participate in the promotion you must:
    • 3.1. Confirm personal data.
    • 3.2. Have a real investment account at FTM brokers.
    • 3.3. Deposit margin security in a lump-sum payment to the investment account:
    • – from $ 1 if the client first makes marginal collateral to his investment account;
    • – from $ 100 if the client is not the first time (repeatedly) makes margin collateral on his investment account.

  • 4. If, as a result of the write-off of commissions by a payment agent or a bank, the amount of margin security has become less than that specified in clause 3, the client may not be allowed to participate in the promotion.

  • 6. The client’s participation in the Telegram channel is valid from the moment margin collateral is paid under clause 3 until the 25th day of the next month. Example: a client pays a margin of $ 500 on August 22. Access to the Telegram channel is valid until September 25th.
  • 7. The company is not liable if the client cannot install the Telegram application and (or) in case of any other reasons that impede the client’s access to the analytical material.
  • 8. The company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the promotion, notifying clients for 3 calendar days.
  • 9. The company reserves the right to refuse to participate in the promotion without explaining the reasons to the client.
  • 10. By connecting to this promotion, the client confirms familiarization and full agreement with these terms of the promotion.
