Changes in the legal documents of the company
Dear clients!
On July 12, 2021, amendments to the following legal documents of the company will come into force: «Agreement on making operations with non-deliverable OTC financial instruments» and «Rules for transactions with non-deliverable OTC financial instruments».
We inform you that in the new version of the documents:
– the section reflecting the procedure of depositing margin by the client, its accounting and refunding to the client is amended;
– the process of determining the operating time of financial instruments is described more detailed.

We remind you that according to clause 11.3 of the Agreement amendments and additions are equally applicable to all Clients of the Forex company, including those who entered into the Agreement earlier than the effective date of the changes.
