Changes in the legal documents of the company
Dear clients!
On February 2, 2022, amendments to the following legal documents of the company will come into force: “Agreement on making operations with non-deliverable OTC financial instruments” and “Rules for transactions with non-deliverable OTC financial instruments”.
We inform you that in the new version of the documents:
– the procedure for using the Client Area is reflected in detail (Appendix 1 to the Rules);
– the periods for sending notifications to the Client are described in clause 10.5 of the Agreement, clauses 9.3 – 9.5. of the Rules;
– the categories of clients and the procedure for submitting documents for assignment to them are described more detailed in clauses 3.3.3 – 3.3.8 of the Rules;
– the procedure and cases of canceling orders are reflected in clause 8.7 of the Rules.

We remind you that based on clause 11.3 of the Agreement, changes and additions apply equally to all clients of the Forex company, including those who entered into the Agreement earlier than the effective date of the changes.
